Propolis tincture

Propolis is a resin collected by bees from various buds and young branches of cherry, sour cherry, poplar, birch, pine, spruce and alder trees. Bees use it primarily as a disinfectant. It is also referred to as a natural “antibiotic.”

Propolis solution is an alcoholic extract of propolis, also known as propolis tincture. The concentration of alcohol used to make propolis solution is 96%.

Propolis is an effective antibiotic against many microorganisms, moreover, apart from some very rare allergic reactions, does not exhibit any side effects or develop resistance. Flavones, flavonoids, organic acids and essential oils act as catalysts as well as strengthen the immune system of the human body.

Instructions for use:

Internally, as a preventive measure, 1 x 30 drops / day. If symptoms of a disease develop, 2 x 30 drops / day on a spoonful of honey or a piece of bread. I usually consume it in the morning by placing the drops onto a teaspoon and swallowing them as they are. Even though it has a distinct and tart taste, disregard this and focus on its effects instead, e.g. antimicrobial, antifungal, antiviral, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anaesthetic, wound-healing, immunostimulant, antioxidant, etc.

It is heartily recommended as an additional treatment for sore throats, laryngitis, catarrh, tonsillitis, bronchitis, respiratory infections, sinusitis and inflammation of the colon.

It can also be used externally for its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anaesthetic and wound-healing properties.
