Phacelia honey is a pleasant, soft honey with a slight scent of lemon and a silky flavour.

It’s light in colour, ranging from crystal clear to light brown with some occasional opaqueness. The nectar of the flower is rich in fructose. It is moderately prone to crystallisation, has a good antiseptic as well as skin care effect and is excellent in treating burnt skin. It regulates blood cholesterol levels and has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system.
